SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE


Arrival: Arrivals are from 4 p.m.

Departure: Departure will be before 10:00 a.m. and the rental must be in good condition for the arrival of the next vacationers

Your accommodation: Upon departure, the vacationer will leave the property clean and tidy (surfaces, windows, dust, kitchen, household appliances, bathrooms, i.e. a complete cleaning, beds must be made); All accommodations are non-smoking

Optional cleaning:A cleaning package can be booked as an option at the price of 75€ (However, the dishes and cleaning of the kitchen remain your responsibility as well as the barbecue). In the event of non-compliance, a lump sum will be withheld from the deposit (95 €)

Your deposit: it will be returned to you within 7 days following your departure

Damage: The customer must report any damage or breakage at the time of departure. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the entire deposit

The customer (minimum age 25): accepts the rental conditions for vacation purposes only. He accepts the rules of the holiday park by committing not to engage in activities which could be harmful, annoying or unhealthy for the neighborhood. In the event of departure before the agreed date, no refund can be made.

Exact occupancy: occupancy of the accommodation is limited to the number of people declared when booking. There cannot be more occupants than beds.We reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event of proven malice on the part of the customer.

Charges: Water and gas charges are included in the rental price. Electricity costs are extra and will be paid upon departure (based on €0.35/kwh as of 01/01/2022)

Tourist tax: it is to be paid according to the rates in force: accommodation without classification 5% (rate applied to the cost of the night payable by each adult and in compliance with the ceiling of €1.50 per adult per night)

Pet: acceptance on request. European passport and up-to-date vaccinations (dogs considered dangerous are strictly prohibited). Each animal must be kept on a leash in the park. A supplement of €15 is requested per animal. Not all accommodation accepts animals by decision of the owners, which is why it is specified ""accepted on request""

Additional rental conditions applicable to Villa Tina:

- The customer is responsible for the safety of the swimming pool. The safety cover and/or gate must be kept closed when the pool is not in use and there is no adult supervision.

- Only paying guests can use the house and pool.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Parties, outside music and noise pollution are prohibited.

- The customer must report any damage or breakage upon departure. We reserve the right to deduct the entire amount of the deposit if damage is noted and not reported. The security deposit is €500.

Force majeure / Cancellation / Reaccommodation: In the event of force majeure (damage to accommodation, fire, etc.), we will replace the accommodation reserved with another of identical or better characteristics, depending on availability, or we will refund the total amount already paid .

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Liability attributable to third parties (means of transport, restaurants, sporting events, etc.)

Theft or damage caused by third parties.

The use of swimming pools, children's areas and sports facilities of any kind (e.g. tennis courts, football courts, etc.), which remain the full responsibility of the user.

Construction or road works near the accommodation if they cause noise pollution.

The unavailability of equipment not belonging to SASU GVR17/ETANG VALLIER RESORT.

MISCELLANEOUS: These conditions constitute the contract between you and the owner of the accommodation. Each owner has signed a commercial agreement with SASU GVR17/ETANG VALLIER RESORT for the marketing of their property.



TERMS OF SALES

1. Object

These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote reservation of services offered by our establishment, the contact details of which are specified in this reservation confirmation document. They govern all the steps necessary for the reservation and the monitoring of the reservation between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate accessible on our reservation platform. These general conditions of sale apply to all reservations made online, via our reservation platform.

2. Reservation  

The customer chooses the services presented on our reservation platform.He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and reservation methods of the services available on our reservation platform and having requested and obtained necessary and/or additional information to make his reservation with full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, such that we cannot be held responsible in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.

3. Booking process

Reservations made by the customer are made via the electronic reservation voucher accessible online on our reservation platform. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation voucher. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted.After the final choice of the services to be reserved, the reservation procedure includes entering the bank card in the event of a guarantee or prepayment request, consultation and acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate. before validation of the reservation and, finally, validation of the reservation by the customer.

4. Acknowledgment of receipt of the reservation

9. Price

The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. Prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount inclusive of tax, in the commercial currency of the establishment, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the reservation platform. If the establishment is debited in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, unless special arrangements are indicated on site. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price.Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.) where applicable, presented on the rates page, are to be paid directly on site to the establishment. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to the VAT will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.

10. Payment

The customer communicates his bank details as a guarantee of the reservation except under special conditions or rates, by credit or private bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. depending on the possibilities offered by the establishment's reservation platform) in indicating directly, in the area provided for this purpose (entry secured by SSL encryption), the card number, without spaces between the numbers, as well as its validity date (it is specified that the bank card used must be valid at the time of consumption of the service) and the visual cryptogram. 12. Convention of proof

Entering the required banking information, as well as acceptance of these general conditions and the voucher or reservation request, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. 13. Force majeure

Each party cannot be held liable towards the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event. 14. Dispute resolution

15. Completeness
